Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead medium-size project execution. You will ensure all related activities are executed according to procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. Your expertise will be showcased by leading project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet committed project results.
Key Accountabilities

  • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources.
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications

You have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. You have completed the PMI certification course and are certified or currently in the process. You are at ease communicating in English at an advanced level. A prior experience in a similar company or industry is needed. If you have financial knowledge of projects (with support from a controller), it is a differential. If you have knowledge of electric motors and drives, it is an advantage. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We are located in Mexico, contributing to the Motion Service business unit.
