Job Title: Anesthesiologist - Per Diem

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team on a per diem basis at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL.

About the Role:

As an Anesthesiologist with our team, you will be responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgery and other medical procedures. You will work closely with our team of surgeons and support staff to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate activities in the Anesthesia Department
  • Responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgery and other medical procedures
  • Pre-anesthesia assessment and verification of patient consent
  • Discussion of anesthetic options and risks with patients
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of patient physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements:
  • M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
  • ECFMC and FLEX certification
  • Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia
  • Current licensure as a physician
