YOUR ROLE

  • Join a dynamic and diverse team to enhance our programmatic initiatives.
  • Assist our Account Management and Sales teams in troubleshooting programmatic transactions and resolving issues.
  • Analyze data from open markets and buyers to optimize yield.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions that influence the company's performance.
  • Engage in initial discussions with clients to understand their specific needs and success metrics, translating these into actionable strategies.
  • Provide continuous support and training to sales personnel, ensuring effective communication with clients regarding campaign status and performance.
  • Investigate and propose enhancements to marketplace offerings to boost monetization and revenue.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of best practices for developing programmatic campaigns focused on specific KPIs.

SUCCESS FACTORS

  • A degree in a relevant field such as advertising, marketing, or programmatic.
  • 2-3 years of experience in trading desk agencies or the programmatic advertising sector.
  • Demonstrated success with SSPs, DSPs, and various Programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and energetic approach, thriving in a startup culture.
