Digital Account Manager

At Entravision, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns from pre-launch through campaign wrap, with a focus on client KPIs and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Project manage multiple campaigns to ensure timely delivery and meet client KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including traffickers, creative design, and clients to troubleshoot ad creative issues.
- Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, escalating issues as needed.
- Think strategically about client business goals and optimize performance to align with customer needs.
- Provide necessary campaign deliverables, including reporting, screenshots, and performance insights.
- Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and internal teams.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in campaign execution and delivery, client communication, and project management.
- Understanding of basic digital terminology and application.
- Knowledge of post-sale process and creation of digital assets, including display, mobile, audio, video, OTT/CTV, and SEM advertising products.
- Experience managing lead-gen campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and Facebook.
- Understanding and experience with creative specs, tags, ad copy, and custom ad/content creation.
- Ability to work within internal order management systems and third-party systems to monitor campaign delivery and performance.
- Proactive and highly organized, with excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills.
