- Lean/Operational Excellence experience and knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of project program portfolio management.
- Strong project management capabilities and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills and communication skills.
