Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with local business needs.

About the Role

  • Act as a trusted HR expert for all Faurecia employees in your perimeter, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the organizational structure and recruitment process, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
  • Oversee all operational administrative tasks related to HR, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
  • Execute local and global HR initiatives, such as employee surveys, employer branding campaigns, and change management projects.
  • Coordinate with external HR service providers to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Participate in audits and controls to ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: BA/BSc in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • MA/MSc in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role, with a strong understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting.
  • Solid knowledge of local HR legislation and regulations.
  • Strong business partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset.
