Prodensa, a strategic knowledge-based company with a culture of innovation, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its team. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant by developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 5 years' experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as quality and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.
  • Develop and implement plans to reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Valid visa and passport
  • Degree in a related field (mechanical engineering, industrial technology)
  • 5 years' experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance programs
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability (CMRP) or OSHA Certification
