Mixology Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. as a Bartender. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Guests: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage Orders and Accounts: Efficiently receive and serve orders, manage customer accounts, and ensure that all transactions are settled accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Service Area: Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Respond to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner, providing solutions to their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience within a cocktail bar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Cocktail Skills: The ability to create classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, and adapt to changing situations with a positive attitude.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
