Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Le Méridien Mexico City. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Previous experience in a bar or beverage service role.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
