Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to lead our Supply Chain Operations team at General Motors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of industrial engineers to develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain operations, including material handling and warehouse management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex supply chain issues, ensuring minimal impact on vehicle production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and analyze metrics to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including leadership, to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field, with a focus on supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
