As a Trade Compliance Specialist at Donaldson Sa De Cv, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company's facilitation and certification programs in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves executing domestic control programs, working instructions, and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute domestic control programs, working instructions, and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Follow and enforce third-party communication and working procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with the annual compliance calendar to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements.
- Guide on customs clearance procedures to ensure accurate and timely clearance.
- Ensure the legal status of operations and fixed assets to mitigate risks.
- Resolve daily customs clearance, checks operations documents, and provides clearance approvals.
- Coordinate accurate import and export customs clearance to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure and follow up facilitation and certification programs compliance to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor the accurate use of IMMEX, PROSEC, Steel permits, and other relevant programs to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
