Technical Program Manager for Advertising Scale

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and ongoing success of large-scale media solutions. This role has three distinct focuses:
- Delivery: Partner with Product and Tech to plan solutions, leveraging Agile development processes to break down requests into manageable work. Ensure readiness for execution, project manage risks and dependencies, and drive improvements to end-to-end processes.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Build partnerships with cross-functional teams, coordinating and prioritizing initiatives that achieve strategic goals. Interface and optimize engagements with external suppliers.
- Program Analysis: Actively review program volatility, health, and operational excellence. Ensure performance, uptime, and business continuity for assigned products, using data to identify and triage bugs and issues.
The Media Solutions team plays a critical part in connecting advertisers with Zillow's hundreds of millions of customers. We scale ad experiences, build content, and foster engagement between advertisers and customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A top-tier technical program or product management background, with at least 6 years of experience leading a team of 5+ full-stack software engineers using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with advertising and ad technology, including Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, DMPs, SSPs, and Prebid
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize projects with little supervision
- Comfort analyzing large data sets and deriving accurate conclusions, with SQL knowledge a plus
- The ability to structure data to measure test results and produce insights efficiently
- A history of taking ownership to make processes more efficient and effective
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, effective at building trusted technical and non-technical relationships
- Flexibility in working with teams, knowing not all teams work in the same way
- A strong interest in advertising, development, and emerging technologies
- An engineering background, a plus
