Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Givaudan. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading vendor qualification activities, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with global quality principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead vendor qualification activities, including on-site and paper-based audits, to ensure compliance with global quality principles.
- Conduct audits and monitor vendor performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for vendor auditors and support local sites in case of raw material non-conformance.
- Review and update vendor qualification documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to local sites on quality management and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent in Food Science or related field of study.
- Master's degree in Quality Management or related field.
- Business fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese will be a differential.
- Extensive technical expertise in quality management, including ISO9001, ISO17025, ISO10002, FSSC22000.
- Experience in Pasteurization, Food Microbiology, Validation of Lethality Steps.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in an equivalent position.
