About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of reports and analysis required by customers. You will also oversee the WOW system, generate quality alerts in the event of any incident, attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients, make weekly reports to present to the client, follow-up on audit findings, monitor damage, and prepare monthly reports for damage collection when applicable. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing provision for damages, settling damages with customers and carriers, preparing audits, supporting all areas, managing KPIs, coordinating documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions, communicating quality inspection results to the supervisor, proposing actions to improve performance, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the quality and efficiency of processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field. You should also have experience in personnel management, ISO 1 (essential), AIAG/IATF, FMEA, MSA, CP, SAP, KPI, standard and automatic vehicle management. Intermediate English language skills are also required.
