- Oversee the coordination and supervision of construction activities and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement and maintain project documentation and records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or related field) from a reputable institution.
- Mandatory: At least 5 years of experience specifically in industrial warehouse projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven experience in project management and construction supervision, with a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is an advantage, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
- Experience with sustainable building practices and technologies, driving innovation and environmental responsibility.
