Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ing. Automatization Specialist to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our manufacturing core, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
  • Use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.
  • Ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed.
  • Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.

Requirements

  • Desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
  • Experience and knowledge in autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions.
  • Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach.
