Key Responsibilities- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Independently resolve complex problems and issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment, utilizing your analytical and technical skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure their impact on productivity and quality.
- Training and Development: Provide technical guidance and training to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Education: Technical career studies or equivalent, high school or truncated career.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, group leader position, and/or training related to the position preferably.
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures; ability to audit production processes; basic knowledge of problem-solving and failure analysis; ability to use measuring and testing equipment associated with the specific discipline.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and coach support technicians I and II.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP and GDP regulations.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use computers and related software.
