Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention and Executive Security Manager to join our team at Sephora. This role is responsible for providing excellence in loss prevention compliance in stores and DC, as well as executive protection strategy, security training, and embedded consultant services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify improvements, track, and report on key performance metrics to increase performance and achieve desired results based on the business strategy.
  2. Internal Controls: Ensure that internal controls are met according to CEDIS requirements.
  3. Investigations and Interviews: Follow-up on investigations of suspected theft and internal fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
  4. Security Best Practices: Identify, promote, and implement security best practices.
  5. Partnerships and Collaboration: Effectively partner with internal customers to evaluate current and future security services, processes, and initiatives.
  6. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Coordinate data collection and analysis, generating strategic and tactical interpretations.
  7. Compliance and Standards: Drive the process by which compliance with all corporate loss prevention program standards is attained.
  8. Team Collaboration: Serve as a member of a coordinated team of Loss Prevention in relentlessly pursuing improvements to company-wide loss prevention program efforts.
  9. Audits and Risk Assessment: Perform interior and exterior Loss Prevention audits of all the country stores and be alert to and respond to any security or Loss Prevention issues noted.
  10. Loss Prevention Culture: Encourage and promote Loss Prevention within the workforce, exercising integrity and ethical methods.
  11. Security Systems and Solutions: Support the development and deployment of cost-effective security systems and solutions to mitigate risks and Modus Operandi.
  12. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Establish and use risk assessment processes to identify and prioritize risks and mitigation means.
  13. Public Relations and Customer Service: Positively reflect the Sephora/Loss Prevention department through public relations and customer service; set a personal example of the highest level.
  14. Executive Protection: Day-to-day supervision of executive protection engagements.
  15. Loss Prevention Executive Security Program: Be in charge of the loss prevention executive security program.
  16. Civil Protection: Be in charge of civil protection in the corporate office.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in executive protection strategy.
  • Solid experience as responsible for the execution and strategy for Loss Prevention activities for a physical site (factory, warehouse, retail store, etc.).
  • Solid experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review systems.
  • Solid experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control.
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
  • 5 years' experience in a country environment managing security and loss prevention in supply chain, industrial, logistics, transportation, same-day delivery.
  • CPP, PSP, TAPA training will be noted as a plus.
  • Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired, and Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus.
  • Functional knowledge in developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing security policies and procedures; conducted physical security risk assessments of facilities including manufacturing, distribution, trade, and office.
  • Business English.
