Scalepex is a dynamic organization that values the importance of Human Resources in driving our success. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Coordinator Internship to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000 - $25,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • File and complete employee documents. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating employee records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Update employees' information database. Maintain up-to-date records of employee data, including contact information, job titles, and performance evaluations.
  • Onboarding process of new employees. Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Sending absence and leave notifications. Prepare and send notifications to payroll regarding absences, medical leaves, and other relevant personnel matters.
  • Participation in company events. Engage in company-sponsored social and networking events to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Daily HR duties. Provide administrative support to the Director of HR, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and performing various other administrative tasks.
  • Special projects. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of HR, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • A student enrolled in a junior or senior level university or college program, preferably studying Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Mexico's Labor Laws, although not required, would be highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to demonstrate a professional work ethic, reliability, and integrity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
