Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UX/UI Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to define and execute the design vision of new application features and improvements.
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for different modules and user flows.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to continually improve the user experience.
  • Maintain and update the design system to ensure visual and experience consistency across all Parrot platforms.
  • Participate in design review and receive constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and adapt correctly to multiple devices and resolutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma.
  • Advanced knowledge in user-centered design and iterative design methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and managing scalable design systems.
  • Interactive prototyping and development of immersive user experiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
