Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Operations Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance and repair of wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site planning strategies to prevent and correct maintenance issues
- Administer periodic and preventative maintenance schedules, planning activities and resources needed at site level
- Track and control the degree of fulfillment of planned activities
- Organize, implement, and maintain schedule management systems for operations
- Plan and coordinate internal and external resource availability
- Support the Site Manager in providing transparency to project teams through agreed reporting and meetings
- Conduct regular briefings and seek resource and cost optimization
- Plan and coordinate scheduled activities, including blade inspections, oil changes, safety checks, and equipment inspections
- Phase activities and plan load and capacity
- Manage and control Work Orders (WO) and implement preventive maintenance activities
- Implement scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planning
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
