We are looking for a top-star Supply Chain Coordinator to work as an essential part of one of our client's biofuels trading department.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, some of your key responsibilities will be:
Schedule and Coordinate Biodiesel Supply Chain:
- Schedule biodiesel supply and customer offtake at all offsite terminals to maintain constant flow of product
- Provide back-up scheduling and inventory support for production plant as needed
- Maintain internal inventory tracking system and reconcile with external terminal and railroad portals to maintain constant knowledge of product status
- Track and communicate status of supplier and customer contracts
Requirements:
- American Visa (current or in the process of renewal).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English (verbal and written).
- Tech Savvy (experience using Zoom, Teams, Google).
- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel).
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Comfortable with problem-solving.
- Experience in data entry.
Work Environment:
This position requires several initial trips to our Fontana, CA terminal for training and initial staff engagement. It may also require future, periodic trips to this terminal or others if the need arises. All other routine workdays will be performed remotely. The fuel industry is a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation and after hours and weekend work will be required from time to time.
