Commercial Associate Role

At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to be people-first, then business. We're looking for a Commercial Associate to join our team and support our Sales Managers in preparing quotes, budgets, and presentations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to generate proposals
  • Participate in credit and risk analysis processes
  • Construct supply and pricing structures
  • Renew credit lines and provide general support for financing procedures
  • Support Sales Managers in analyzing potential clients and market research
  • Coordinate with the legal team to prepare contracts for new clients
  • Request implementation processes with the customer experience team to onboard new clients
  • Follow up on internal approvals across areas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Economy, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • +2 years of experience in commercial and/or financial services industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation
  • Focus on the client and strong commitment to building interpersonal relationships
