Responsibilities

The Role

The Codes Execution Team plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by implementing cross-functional plans for new product launches and modifications to existing offerings. This team is integral to translating Commercial Planning Proposals into operational frameworks within our Supply Chain Systems, impacting over 80 interconnected systems. These systems include tools for Sales, SAP, Demand Planning, Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, and Raw Material Purchasing.

Your Contribution

As a Codes Reporting Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the seamless integration of Commercial Proposals into Supply Chain Systems. Accurately interpreting the objectives of Business Proposals, ensuring alignment with the designated Business Channel. These proposals encompass Brand, Customer, and Regional Go-To-Market Strategies. Assessing Product Data provided by cross-functional teams to validate the appropriate Business Proposal template used for various scenarios (over 45 templates in total). These tasks are performed within Oracle PLM and integrated through SAP and proprietary systems. Adhering to established Business Processes to guarantee precision and timely support for the business. Upholding data integrity and sound decision-making is vital for the operational success of our products. In 2020, 4,000 UPCs and 5,000 product codes were processed through our systems. Executing ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders while ensuring checks and balances within the system and the information provided. This team also oversees the case label process, which involves the creation of approximately 3,000 case labels to facilitate efficient product movement through our supply chain. Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential. Familiarity with SAP and Oracle PLM is preferred. Strong Excel skills for data extraction and analysis from multiple systems are required. Basic understanding of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting is preferred.
