  • Contractor Management: Manage outside contractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English skills.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate project information and manage a team.
  • CMMS Administration: Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and ability to administer a CMMS for maintenance operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Experience: 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with government contacts, contractors, and senior management.
