About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner - Employee Relations and Systems. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Avionics team, focusing on employee relations, systems management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document standard HR processes and procedures
- Manage key HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and time and attendance
- Implement solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery
- Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and programs consistent with employment laws and regulations
- Conduct HR-related investigations and outline corrective actions
- Promote and support performance management, employee discipline, and recognition initiatives
- Advise and participate in organizational culture development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or a related field
- Applicable HR experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with employee information management, financial payroll management, benefits management, time and attendance management, and onboarding features
- Ability to solve complex problems and coach and influence peers and business partners
- Experience developing and enhancing policies and procedures for major efficiency
- Microsoft Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise and knowledge of ERP systems (Tress, Workday, and SAP)
- Experience in systems process: new employee hiring, payroll, employee changes, time and attendance
- Proficient conversational and written English required
