- Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of Lean, TPM/TRACC, and Asset Management/Maintenance methodologies, as well as experience with production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis, and cost savings reporting.
- Leadership and Influencing: Strong influencing skills, with the ability to work in complex organizations and drive change management initiatives.
