We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Marketing Strategist to join our team at Zendesk.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a strong background in demand generation and campaign execution. As a Global Demand Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing global integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, registration, attendance, and ultimately business results.

You will be working closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to create fully integrated campaigns that leverage data-driven analysis, audience segmentation, and content strategy. If you have expertise in building new business marketing campaigns, launching new products, driving demand for events, writing demand content, and being accountable for business results, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk and manage global integrated marketing campaigns that target key personas, including customer support, IT, operations, and HR.
  • Partner with product marketing and leverage data-driven analysis to understand enterprise target audience segmentation, align messaging to target audience, and develop content strategy to support new business campaigns.
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization to deliver integrated launch and event demand campaigns across all relevant channels: regional marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, communications, content marketing, brand, web, internal communication, etc.

In this role, you will need to possess a team-player attitude, proven influence management skills, demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration, show a willingness to learn new AI and marketing technologies and processes, and be able to use data insights to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience with customer, campaign, or integrated marketing experience (customer experience, B2B, SaaS preferred)
  • Experience driving end-to-end execution of global marketing programs and campaigns
  • Ability to digest and understand audience segment data to help determine optimal targeting and campaign creation strategies
  • Strong and proven writing and messaging skills
  • Quick learner with the ability & agility to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
