Job Summary
Autoliv is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, including engineering income, development budget, and EBIT uplift targets.
- Build and maintain detailed schedules, track deliverables, and achieve milestone targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project execution in accordance with the Autoliv Product Development System (APDS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferably in Engineering).
- Previous experience in automotive product development and project launches.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment with skilled prioritization of tasks and ability to make timely decisions.
- Detail-oriented with capability to dig into data and drive conclusions.
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally, as required.
