Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Operations Director to oversee our business operations in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of industry-relevant experience and leadership skills to drive our strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to developing our financial and operational goals in line with our LC/CC/AC strategy.
  2. Review financial and operational performance to meet objectives.
  3. Lead a team to improve productivity, quality, delivery performance and manufacturing competitiveness.
  4. Maintain and develop site facilities to ensure optimal operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional-Level English language skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in driving customer-oriented business strategies.
  • Able to inspire and motivate self and others.
