We are a leading producer of advanced sealing technologies, and we're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Industrial Operations Manager.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead a team during designated shifts to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operational processes.
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance targets, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring quality work production and meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to optimize overall business operations and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor work progress, address issues promptly, and conduct regular safety briefings and training for team members.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role or relevant industry, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, with effective communication skills and the ability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
