Customer Service Specialist

At FedEx Express Lac, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support on-site.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site customer support by answering questions about shipping, products, and services. You will also be responsible for preparing labeling for packages shipped to domestic FedEx locations and coordinating loading of shipments to meet customer shipping schedules and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points) or higher.
• Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with FedEx products and services preferred.
• Excellent human relations and organizational skills required.
• Basic PC skills required.
