Job Summary
Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a leading global supplier of technology and services, offering end-to-end Engineering, IT and Business Solutions. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing engaging and effective training content for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting front-end analysis, training needs assessments, and product surveys. You will also develop course objectives and design plans based on assessment results, conceptualize and develop evaluation measures, and participate in content review and revision cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct front-end analysis and training needs assessments
- Develop course objectives and design plans
- Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures
- Participate in content review and revision cycles
- Evaluate upcoming products and technology to forecast training needs
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coach and mentor colleagues and clients
- Provide process improvement guidance
- Plan, design, evaluate and edit eLearning and instructor-led training content

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and Adult Learning Principles
- Bachelor's degree in Education/Instructional Design or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
