About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Analyst Intern. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business models, identify challenges in the payment process, and develop solutions to improve payments and accelerate cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Send consolidated account statements to our AP contacts and follow up on disputes raised by customers
  • Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Sales, and Account Management teams to make informed financial decisions
  • Lead and participate in business enhancement projects across countries and regions
  • Analyze and review overdue debt, process reimbursements, and execute the Unclaimed Property process when applicable
  • Send invoices to customers when necessary
Requirements
  • Enrolled in university (last semesters) with a preference for business degrees
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
