We are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer to join our team at SAP. As a Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud localization.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop pre-configuration business settings for specific local versions, commonly known as Best Practices. This involves reviewing the configuration settings delivered for the Germany S/4HANA solution and making the necessary localization changes required for the various country solutions.
You will also be responsible for content development and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA country solution for Latin American Countries. This includes testing various business processes delivered and making the necessary changes to the configuration or documentation as needed.
In addition, you will assist with resolving customer incidents using SAP's incident management tool.
Key Responsibilities- Review and localize configuration settings for SAP S/4HANA country solutions
- Develop and maintain content for SAP S/4HANA country solutions
- Test and validate business processes
- Assist with customer incident resolution
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, computer science or similar
- Strong experience in SAP SD implementation projects, preferably in Latin American countries
- Expertise in sales process, configuration, and knowledge of sales order, delivery, and invoice setup
- Knowledge of pricing, master data, and organization structure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, flexibility, and self-assertion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
