About the Job

Pentalog is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Developer to join our team. As a Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources on AWS and GCP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources on AWS and GCP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and deployments.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost efficiency and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging cloud technologies to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure and processes.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Document cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) development and management.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security concepts.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
