Lead People and Culture Strategist

Be part of an esteemed team as Lead People and Culture Strategist at Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol. This pivotal role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for driving the People and Culture strategy, overseeing benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development of staff, and legal matters related to hotel employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Spearhead the day-to-day operation of the People & Culture Department and collaborate with senior leadership on the implementation of the People and Culture strategy.
- Promote a positive work environment through open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
- Support Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers in developing specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in employees' feedback.
- Oversee the administration of People and Culture programs, including compensation, benefits, and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
**Requirements:**
- A passion for people, talent management, and learning, and a strong business acumen.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a People and Culture leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- An understanding of hotel operations is an asset.
- Formal education or certification in Human Resources Management is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Self-confidence and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization from line employees to Senior leaders.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team of professionals.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be fluent in English.

Four Seasons offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience.
