  • Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveyor, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong understanding of commercial and technical project documentation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
