- Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveyor, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong understanding of commercial and technical project documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide commercial guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office, with experience in utilizing software systems such as CostX, CATO, and BIM Measure.
- Working towards RICS membership or recently chartered, with a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices.
