About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve personal sales goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts;
- Buid and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings;
- Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities;
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide accurate, complete, and effective turnover to Event Management.
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area;
- OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
