Key Responsibilities- Assist in the creation and maintenance of frameworks for tracking and monitoring key process indicators of our programs.
- Support the development of our data and learning strategy, including maintaining and updating data dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, working closely with our data management team.
- Facilitate easy access to data for our programs, ensuring teams can derive insights and understand progress.
- Collaborate with the Impact team to ensure data is collected, managed, and stored efficiently.
- Work alongside our Program teams in developing short- and long-term impact measurement plans.
- Contribute to team-level reflection, learning processes, and data-driven insights to illustrate program progress and impact.
- Ensure our program's data is well-documented and available for organizational reporting and discussions.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, startup, social enterprise, or a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability in data management, analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
- Strong operational focus, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately.
- Comfort with technology, software, and data-driven tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Team-player with an orientation towards 'Quality at Scale'.
- Good problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience of working with startups, skilling or livelihoods space.
