**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator/Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the claims/insurance industry, with a strong background in reviewing and creating contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Investigate claims to determine validity and company liability.
- Process freight and property claims, submitting them for settlement or negotiating with claimants.
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders regarding claim status.
- Track and maintain records of legal cases and claims.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends.
- Assist the Sales team in selling and procuring Cargo insurance.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in International Business or relevant work experience.
- Advanced MS Excel, communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Freight Forwarding experience is a plus, but not required.
