Key Responsibilities- Ensure that client briefings are clear and concise, and that all necessary information is provided to our studio teams for production.
- Advise clients on technical and creative aspects of their requirements, providing day-to-day support and proposing creative ideas and solutions.
- Manage multiple production projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Verify that artworks meet client brief requirements before delivery.
- Close projects in our systems once clients have received final files.
- Support in the collection of POs to close projects in the system.
- Experience in creative production or a related role.
- Experience with POS, digital media, and print media production.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Pre-press knowledge.
- Good understanding of what a creative production brief should contain.
- Knowledge of graphic design.
- Experience in data management and reporting analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros and data merch.
- Previous experience with Workfront or a similar platform (desirable).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Passionately collaborative, able to work as part of multiple teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Service-driven mindset.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
