  • Utilize AI Tools: Leverage AI tools like Bard, Gemini, and ChatGPT to generate original content and streamline the content creation process.

  • Analyze and Optimize Content: Track and analyze the performance of content, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

Technical Skills

Right now, we use the following software. Experience of using these, or similar tools, would be useful.

  • CMS: Currently bespoke but moving to WordPress in 2024
  • CRM: Currently bespoke but moving to HubSpot in 2024
  • Image editing: Canva, InDesign & Premiere Pro (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, Semrush, and Search Console
  • Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs and Sheets

Personal Attributes

  • Collaboration - working with others in the marketing team, and Projects Abroad, you will be confident working with those who are more or less senior than yourself and/or located in a different country or time zone.
  • Curiosity - must have an active interest in writing for the web, including trends, best practice, and digital media more generally, such as updates to search engines, content management systems, artificial intelligence, and any new opportunities to engage our audience.
  • Confidence - you will understand how to write for marketing and be knowledgeable about the role of writing in motivating action and supporting a business to succeed externally. You will act as a champion for good writing internally.
  • Creativity - you will have the ability to generate great content and work with any content provided to create a world-class copy

Experience

Minimum of two years writing for the web, either freelance, in-house or agency

Pay: $18, $22,000.00 per month
