Ecommerce Account Specialist Position Overview

This role is accountable for the delivery of Ecommerce objectives through effective management of customer engagement and partnership with local sales teams to drive profitable growth at the total account level.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working in ecommerce environments, with a proven ability to extract insights from data and apply them to business problems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Ecommerce objectives by effectively managing customer engagement and partnering with local sales teams.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability through targeted promotions and merchandising efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to best practice sharing and project collaboration across the organization.
