Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Regal Rexnord Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation, and mechanical power transmission products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering principles, with experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting root cause analysis, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, develop corrective actions, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues, and lead corrective action initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, including defect rates and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Lead training and development programs to educate employees on quality principles and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on automotive or industrial applications.
  • Proven track record of improving quality performance through data-driven decision making and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
