About the Role
Lear Corporation, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Internal Quality Engineer. As a key member of our E-Systems Division: Electronics, you will be based in our Apodaca Plant, Ciudad Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and address production line issues to optimize performance.
- Implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust process controls to ensure quality standards.
- Contribute to internal audits and performance evaluations.
- Apply statistical process control methods, measurements, and R&R to drive improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date controls of the production process and develop process poka-yokes.
Requirements
- Industrial, electronic, or related engineering degree.
- Experience in the automotive industry with basic tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality areas.
- Proficient English language skills.
