Job Summary:

Eam HR seeks a seasoned Training Operations Lead to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs.

About the Role:

This key position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing training initiatives across various sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis studies to identify training requirements and collaborate with cross-functional resources to develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze past and current year training data to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
  • Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified training needs and company objectives.
  • Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods to deliver effective training experiences.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals, reference libraries, testing and evaluation procedures, and multimedia visual aids.
  • Train assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training delivery.
  • Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to monitor training progress.
  • Coordinate established training courses with technical and professional courses offered by community schools.
  • Screens, tests, counsels, and recommends employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Experience with quality systems training requirements (ISO, IATF) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in word processing and presentation software, as well as knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
