Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and reports within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (SOAP/REST), MID Server, and other integration methods.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
