About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ADP, Inc. as a NAS Project Services Implementation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project services to clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill this role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and remote access;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and case notes;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver quality solutions;
  • Mentoring new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process;
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and workflows.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2nd year college or a Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources;
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service, and/or data entry experience;
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Project management experience and involvement in a continuous improvement initiative is preferred;
  • Good exposure to Microsoft Office and any database platform is a plus;
  • Articulate with a good grasp of the English language; ability to maintain a conversation is needed in the job.
