Senior HRBP OMS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR strategies and initiatives.

About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team and employees. This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, as well as providing coaching and development opportunities to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team and employees.
• Coach and develop our employees to achieve their full potential.
• Lead and participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR-related training and development opportunities to our employees.
• Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform our HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
